Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 OTE £40,000

Brief:

Generate Revenue (via placements) - Target driven
Research and Resource candidates via database (13000 candidate) and referrals
Client and candidate liaison
Must have a proven track record within a target driven environment, ideally within the Recruitment Sector.
Will consider applicants from financial services/banking background looking to move into a SALES role with the potential of uncapped earnings Opportunity of gaining a recognised qualification within the REC(Recruitment and Employment Confederation)
Distant learning course over 6 months

Personal Qualities:

Graduate or equivalent ideally
Target driven
Excellent time management skills

People person
