Job Title: Client Manager

Location: Portbury

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000

To act as a day to day contact for the client organisation and to act as a facilitator for Client interaction with all Company Internal Departments. Phase one:

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To provide weekly management information
  • To ensure that systematic contact is maintained with all allocated clients as specified in relevant Customer Interaction documents
  • To provide support to Account Managers, including the issuing of sales quotations and subsequent order administration
  • To keep client records of contacts within the client site up to date
  • To ensure that the relationship is co-ordinated across marketing, sales, consultancy and support

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & PERSONAL QUALITIES

  • Ability to use initiative and work alone or as part of a team
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently, both written and verbally
  • Organised, with strong attention to detail
  • Friendly and professional manner
  • Ability to investigate and solve problems
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of Business Processes and Commercial awareness

Desirable

  • Previous experience of Account Management/Client Management or managing multiple accounts
  • Knowledge of Accounting (part/and or qualified accountant)
  • Knowledge of the public sector

Over time we aim to evolve the role into a full Client Management position depending on the needs of the business and the successful candidate.
