Job Title: Customer Service

Location: Clevedon

Salary: £15,600 - £17,500 after 3 months

MONDAY ­FRIDAY 9AM ­ 5.30PM

This is a varied role which involves both call handling and admin duties. There is a high degree of training in this role on the product range so we are looking for someone who is looking for an ongoing opportunity.

Fluent in either:-

  • Spanish
  • Italian
  • Portuguese

Duties will involve:

  • Undertaking inbound call handling
  • Advising and dealing with customer enquiries
  • Administrative tasks including sorting and logging post
  • Dealing with returned product items and scanning documents

v The successful applicant will: Be a team player with a flexible approach.

  • Have the ability to work under pressure.
  • Have proven IT skills in particular Word.
  • Be organised and versatile.
  • Data entry would be an advantage
  • Excellent customer Service/Telephone skills
