Job Title: Technical Sales Support Assistant

Location: Avonmouth, nr Bristol

Salary: £14,000 rising to £14,500

The ideal person will possess an excellent telephone manner as the majority of the workload is via the telephone

• You must be computer literate
• Possess a good technical aptitude which will be enhanced by in house training
• Initially the role with involve taking, inputting and monitoring service calls
• Progressing to technical calls once trained on a range of products
• Able to work well under pressure
• Good sense of humour
• Work well within a small team
• Ability to learn new tasks

Hours: Monday ­ Friday 37.5 per week

Bonus Scheme: After 3 months

Holiday: 20 days per year rising to 25 days after 7 years service
