Job Title: Outbound Sales Associate

Location: Bristol City Centre

Salary: £To Be Assessed

To make outbound telephone calls to prospects and clients to achieve sales targets as agreed with Team Leader.

To up-sell and cross-sell at every opportunity.

To collect additional data about customers to aid future sales.

Duties and Responsibilities

To make outbound calls to prospects and clients using effective telephone sales techniques to promote our products.

To enthusiastically respond to guidance and advice on how to improve sales at monthly appraisal and weekly coaching meetings with Team Leader.

Keeping own Training and Technical knowledge up to date.

To complete any ad-hoc tasks as requested by Outbound Team Leader.

Attend regular Team Meetings and contribute to them.
