Job Title: Contact Centre Associate

Location: Clevedon

Salary: Starting at £12,500 rising to £13,000

An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen within Operations in the Company Team.

The role:

Duties will include dealing with queries from customers, the client and dealerships via the telephone predominantly inbound, Website & E-mail, also providing assistance to dealers who have queries regarding their web site. To strengthen their relationship with their customers and to assist the Regional Managers in preparing reports and statistics regarding their dealerships, this will involve creating and reviewing reports. There will also be a requirement to fulfil administration duties. Knowledge of the Company range and an interest in the automotive industry would be an advantage.

Hours of work are Mon ­ Fri, 9am to 5pm.

The successful applicant will:-

Be a team player with a flexible approach.
Have an excellent telephone manner with a strong customer service orientation, with the ability to work under pressure.
Have a good command of the English Language and be competent in drafting both customer and client responses.
Possess a high level of keyboard and IT skills.
Be able to use MS office and enter data accurately.
Be interested in learning about the history of Company Motors and the complete product range available, to enable them to deliver a first class service to the customer.
As extensive training provided, a long-term commitment is required.
Working hours will be 37.5 a week.
