Job Information

Main Duties:
• Working with software developers to support existing applications. Support to include debugging code and advising of the fault/issue. Code to be updated in accordance with developer.
• Provision of ERP support for all modules including, and not limited to: user management, sales ledger, purchase ledger, inventory, manufacturing, accounts ledger and print functions.
• Logging of support cases via telephone or email.
• Management of open works tasks, including prioritization and escalation as agreed with the IT manager.
• Communication to end-users, of varying degrees of experience, through a series of actions either by telephone, remotely or face to face.
• Provision of documentation and/or guides as required for processes and support.
• To liaise with the IT manager for continuous improvement on procedures and the ERP system.
• Creating and modifying existing SQL reports.

In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the job holder may be required to perform other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
